Mindful Movement teaches everyday people, professionals, performers and parents alike, to focus on their own movement habits, or patterns, with the guidance and gentle touch of a trained professional. These same stress patterns can often lead to injury and chronic pain from tendonitis, TMJ, anxiety to vocal injuries, lower/upper back pain and more. But by observing old habits on a regular basis students learn to release unconscious tension and retrain their nervous system or, muscle memory, for healthy, coordinated movement and peace of mind.
